Clinical Training in Sex Therapy
Sex therapy training requires documented education across specific knowledge domains, supervised clinical hours, and structured values and attitudes work.
I completed a Sexual Attitude Reassessment (SAR) in May 2025, an intensive, structured group experience that examines personal and cultural attitudes toward human sexuality and is considered a foundational component of sex therapy training. My continuing education in sex therapy has been completed primarily through the Sexual Health Alliance, a leading provider of sexology training.
